# Caught this stingray at the beach, but i don't eat stingray so cut the line and let it go cos there be no way i try and get that hook out with that barbed tail flicking left right and centre :)

# Been surf fishing alot of late, I like to use a big rod, which can be hard, all the pulling up all the time can give you sore arms after awhile, i still enjoy it very much though and the feed at the end is always divine, really makes it worthwhile when you get that feed :D

Inner Circle - Sweat

# i've started a new relationship which has made me feel great too, Gym knows i like to work up a sweat and i can give it to Gym morning, noon or night with no problems, Gym is an outdoors type which i like too, don't get me wrong, Gym can be difficult at times butt i can really go hard on Gym and Gym don't mind:) sweat and all :)

ZZ Top - Legs

# I havent been feeling well, then i realized i needed sum vitamin D, so i'm on my back working my legs 1st then i work on my stomach so my butt gets a bit cos i know my butt needs it just as much, i know it will make me feel good again :) a real good fix
